Who is Tesi?
Tesi was born in Mexico City in 1985, just a few days after one of the major earthquake ever in the city. Her journey into the world of literature and radio began at a very young age.
When she was 9 years old, she started her career as a radio host for a mexican radio station called Radio Educación, where she recorded radio novels for children.
At the same time she began writing for a newspaper called La Jornada, where she contributed to the supplement “1, 2, 3 por mi”; a section that was written for and by children. In that moment, she discovered her passion for radio and writing.
She studied Communications at the Ibero-American University of Mexico City, and later she obtained a Master’s Degree in Creative Writing from the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona.
Her working career began more than thirty years ago, and has included collaborations with many different companies; some of them private, and some government-owned.
In 2018, after a long journey encompassing the worlds of publishing, travel production, events and experiences, Tesi decided to dedicate herself completely to her deepest passion: creative writing.
Almost five years ago she launched her podcast: “Tu Cabeza es la Belleza”, which is growing exponentially on channels such as Spotify and iTunes.
Is the creator of the famous “El Frasco de Tesi” which has travel around the world and has gone viral on social media.
Also she is the founder and director of Publishing, Coaching & Communication company named Front Desk created in 2014. Which is dedicated to the editorial and coaching services.
Tesi supports people to tell their stories, write their books, and prepare their conferences and speeches. Likewise, she is a speaker and gives talks, workshops and courses.
For more than a year and a half she participated as a columnist for the newspaper, El Heraldo de México with her column: Anorexia Cerebral.
Currently she participates as a columnist for the mexican magazine Macro Economía.
She is certified as an ontological coach by the MMK Institute of Alejandra Llamas, endorsed by the International Coaching Federation.
She is also certified by Byron Katie’s, The School of The Work and by Mel Robbins coaching program.
Tesi currently resides in Miami, Florida.
