Our Policies
Thank you for choosing our coaching services. These policies are designed to ensure a professional, ethical, and effective experience. Please review them carefully before making your payment:
1. Payment:
All payments must be made in full before the start of any coaching service. This policy ensures that we can reserve and dedicate time exclusively for your growth process. Our schedule is limited, so we recommend completing your payment promptly to secure your spot.
2. No Refunds:
Payments are non-refundable. This policy is established to honor the mutual commitment and foster seriousness in the process.
3. Contract and Agreement:
After your payment is processed, you will receive a detailed agreement outlining the key aspects of the program, including scheduling, confidentiality, and the responsibilities of both parties. It is essential to read and sign this document to confirm your commitment.
4. Session Cancellation and Rescheduling:
Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered completed. Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential to achieving the desired results.
5. Attendance Commitment:
Clients are expected to attend scheduled sessions on time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed, but late arrivals will not extend the session duration.
6. Client Responsibility:
Coaching is a collaborative process where the client is primarily responsible for their progress. Active participation, willingness to complete assigned tasks, and openness throughout the process are required.
7. Confidentiality:
All information shared will be treated with strict confidentiality in accordance with the standards of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). This includes personal data, session topics, and any communication between the client and the coach.
8. Relationship with Mental Health Services:
Coaching does not replace medical, psychiatric, psychological, or other mental health treatments. If the client is under the care of a mental health professional, such as a psychiatrist or psychologist, or is taking prescribed medication, it is their responsibility to inform the coach and continue such treatments. Coaching is a complement to personal development, not a therapeutic substitute.
9. Results Disclaimer:
While coaching is a powerful tool, it does not guarantee specific results. Success depends on the client’s effort, commitment, and active participation.
10. Termination of the Coaching Relationship:
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with a 30-day notice. However, payments made are non-refundable, even in cases of early termination.
11. Session Duration and Expiration:
Sessions must be used within the timeframe outlined in the initial agreement. Unused sessions within the agreed timeframe will not be refunded or carried over.
12. Ethics and Respect:
Coaching is based on mutual trust and respect. Both parties commit to maintaining respectful and professional communication. Any inappropriate behavior may result in the immediate termination of the coaching relationship without a refund.
By making your payment, you confirm that you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
