Transformation & Mastermind Coach, Writer, Speaker & Podcast Host

You’re probably here, curious to know who I am.

And while I could list titles, certifications, milestones, and experiences, I’d rather start with my essence.

Here’s something I’ll tell you up front: nothing you see in me today happened overnight.

None of it was sudden. Nothing was instant. Everything has been built—intentionally, deliberately, one step at a time. With discipline, devotion, and above all, trust and faith.

I’m a woman in constant reinvention, always in motion.

I’ve looked fear in the eye more than once, and I’ve felt the vertigo of letting it all go… to begin again, with courage.

My personal journey doesn’t have a single beginning. It has restarted many times and continues to unfold with every experience.

Maybe the first glimpse of it came in childhood—when I began to question what adults declared as absolute truths. I was raised between two very different worlds. That was my first real challenge. Because we know, in love, there’s no division. No judgment.

On one side, I witnessed a culture shaped by deeply rooted beliefs—where silence, duty, and strictness marked the path. At the same time, I was also surrounded by ideas that encouraged me to question, to choose, to create, and to believe from a place of clarity.

That duality sparked a question that’s stayed with me ever since:

Who decides the life we live? Over time, I found only one answer: I do.

Many experiences—my parents’ divorce, the loss of loved ones, the collapse of certainty, unexpected health challenges, new beginnings and hard endings, both personal and professional—invited me to release old structures, reexamine my beliefs, and surrender anything that no longer aligned with the woman I was becoming.

I chose to trust myself again...

And with courage (always a steady companion on this path), I dared to question my own thoughts.

I remembered that setting boundaries is also a form of love.

I’ve made—and still make—choices that aren’t always comfortable or easy for others, but they are true and respectful of who I am.

I’ve come to see that part of growth is choosing who to walk with… and who to release with grace.

Because yes—peace often arrives hand in hand with goodbyes.

Transforming my life has been uncomfortable, deep, and challenging

It’s been deep, demanding, and at times, uncomfortable. I began shaping a life where self-love, language, and awareness became my anchors.

I chose to prioritize what sustains me—even when that means moving through loss, silence, or discomfort. At the core of every step, there’s a single guiding question:

Does this honor the life I’m creating? I’ve grown through honesty. Through conviction.

And with the certainty that every move—no matter how small—makes space for a more integrated version of who I am.

This is still a journey. Not toward some final destination, but through a daily practice: asking the questions that move, liberate, and expand.

I’ve never believed in magic pills. Growth is a conscious choice. It happens in the showing up, in the doing, in the presence, in the action.

It’s not about chasing a goal—it’s about staying aligned.

My purpose is to hold space for transformation, to activate human potential through language and awareness, and to facilitate spaces of expansion.

That’s the source of my connection—real, direct, honest, and unfiltered.

I don’t believe in shortcuts or overnight formulas. I believe in process. In language as compass. In questions that stir and awaken.

And I’ve always believed this: when we dare to question, we evolve. Not to become someone else—but to remember that everything is already within us.

Transformation doesn’t happen all at once. It takes time—but yes, it’s possible. Always. Liberation begins when you’re willing to tell yourself a different story.

What I’ve learned over the years is that having all the answers isn’t what matters. Clarity arrives exactly when it’s meant to.

What truly opens the way is having the courage to ask. Because in that honest pause, that breath of truth, real transformation begins.

So if I had to choose one practice, one invitation, one tool, it would be this:

Question to evolve.

With love,

This journey began early, at the age of nine, through a children’s radio program on Radio Educación and published writing in La Jornada’s youth section. Since then, her path has been shaped by narrative depth, transformational dialogue, and a powerful devotion to conscious communication.

Her academic background includes a degree in Communication from Universidad Iberoamericana, a Master’s in Creative Writing from Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona, and a diploma in Public Relations and Social Communication from ITAM—an education that mirrors the depth and nuance she brings to each project.

Throughout her career, she has led high-impact strategies in both the public and private sectors. At Mexico’s Ministry of the Interior, she served as Strategic Communications Advisor to Secretary Fernando Gómez Mont Urueta. In the media and branding world, she was editor of The Beauty Effect at MMK Group—founded by Martha Debayle—contributed to the launch of MOI magazine, wrote for Hotbook, and led PR efforts as Communications Manager at 360 Media.

In 2014, she founded Front Desk Concierge in Tulum, offering curated travel and real estate experiences. That entrepreneurial vision evolved into Front Desk Comunicación, a boutique consultancy in editorial and brand storytelling that has supported clients including Cemex, Heineken, Deacero, the Government of Nuevo León, Prada México, Kiik Consultores, Seek Comunicación, Altea México, Magnos Concretos, and Lace Guatemala.

Since 2022, the firm has expanded into the U.S. as Front Desk Communication, now headquartered in Miami and focused on cross-cultural messaging and high-impact editorial strategy for a global audience.

A deep reverence for the emotional power of language gave birth to El Frasco de Tesi in 2019. Its messages, shared across platforms and borders, continue to invite presence, truth, and inner connection.

That voice also comes through in her column Anorexia Cerebral for El Heraldo de México, and in her contributions as U.S. correspondent for Macroeconomía Magazine. Her talks and workshops offer immersive, expansive spaces for communication, leadership, and personal evolution.

Internationally certified as a PCC (Professional Certified Coach) by the International Coaching Federation and trained as an Ontological Coach by the MMK Institute, she also studied The Work by Byron Katie (completed at The Institute for The Work), Mel Robbins Launch Program, and Michelle Dempsey-Multack’s Moving On Method Divorce Coach Training.

Her continued development flows through Robin Sharma Nation and certifications in DISC, Design Thinking (DesignThinkers Group), and Neuroscience (Efficient Coach). She is also certified in Points of You—both at the Practitioner level for individual work and through the Business Certification, focused on corporate, group, and high-impact processes. These tools strengthen the leadership, clarity, and purpose she brings into every space.

From her base in Miami, she leads Front Desk Communication and maintains a private coaching practice, through which she supports conscious evolution through emotional intelligence, clarity, and aligned execution, core forces for human expansion in a world increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence.

She is also active in the real estate sector in Miami.
